Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Account Holder" or "Player") and ziatogel ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ziatogel.cam and any associated sub-domains or services.

Account Eligibility

Account Registration

When creating an account on ziatogel, Users must provide accurate, complete and current information including their legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Verification Process

As part of the account registration and KYC process, ziatogel may require Users to submit supporting documentation, which may include a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be legible, unaltered and current.

4.2 Account Credentials

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity carried out through an Account will be attributed to the registered Account Holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ziatogel support immediately via the contact details set out in Clause 15.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Accounts found to share a device, IP address, payment method or household with another Account may be reviewed and, where fraud or abuse is suspected, suspended pending investigation.

Permitted Use

The ziatogel Platform may be used solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes by eligible adult Users. Permitted activities include accessing game information, reviewing betting market guides, reading payment how-to content and using account tools in accordance with these Terms.

Users may access the Platform from Malaysia and other jurisdictions in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in their location before participating.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ziatogel Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or data-scraping tools to interact with the Platform without express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or coordinated betting strategies intended to exploit odds or bonus mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or copy any part of the Platform's software, content or technology.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud or other financial crime activity.
• Making chargebacks, disputes or payment reversals without first raising the matter with ziatogel support in good faith.
• Creating accounts in another person's name or on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to misrepresent your true geographic location.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any ziatogel staff member or other Platform user.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, recovery of any payments already processed and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Deposits & Payments

ziatogel accepts deposits via Malaysian banking and payment services including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks including BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice.

7.1 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered exclusively in the Account Holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including payments made by family members, friends or associates — are not permitted and will be returned where feasibly possible, with any resulting delay attributed to the User.

7.2 Currency

Platform balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits in other currencies may be converted at rates applicable at the time of processing; Users bear any exchange-rate risk associated with currency conversion.

7.3 Minimum Deposit

Indicative minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method. As a general guide, a minimum of RM30 applies to most MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimums are expressed as fiat-equivalent values at the time of deposit.

7.4 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the User's bank and network conditions. ziatogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once a User's Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process and all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

8.1 Eligible Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. ziatogel reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

8.2 Processing Timeframes

Approved withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the account cashier section at the time of request. ziatogel reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence review to withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds or that display unusual patterns.

8.4 Right to Withhold

ziatogel may delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money-laundering, bonus abuse, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on the individual promotion page at the time of opt-in.

9.2 Abuse and Exploitation

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting patterns, multi-account abuse or other methods designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk will be treated as bonus abuse. ziatogel may void bonus balances and related winnings in such cases without prior notice.

9.3 Promotion Changes

Intellectual Property

All content on the ziatogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, software code and user-interface designs, is the exclusive property of ziatogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ziatogel, its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to access the Platform, including periods of maintenance, technical failure or force-majeure events;
• Decisions made by a User based on information or odds published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from gambling activity undertaken through the Platform;
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of ziatogel.

Account Suspension & Termination

• The Account Holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• Fraudulent activity, money-laundering or misrepresentation is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires the restriction or closure of the Account;
• The Account Holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose ziatogel to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to breach by the User, any legitimate balance remaining will be returned to the Account Holder's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances will be forfeited on closure unless applicable terms specify otherwise.

Account Holders may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support with a written closure request.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ziatogel's operating entity is incorporated. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that no Malaysian government regulatory authority licenses or oversees ziatogel and that they participate in online gambling activities at their own legal risk.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith correspondence with ziatogel support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, unless applicable consumer protection law provides for an alternative mandatory forum.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
